What a great experience! The whole staff is professional and friendly. Dr. Martini is considerate and knowledgeable. The facility is brand new and clean with up to date technology. The ONLY criticism I have is that the wheelchair ramp is in the rear of the building leading to the staff entrance which is a key code secured door, so you have to call them to let you in. After a frustrating experience with another dental office that had us waiting nearly two months for appointments only to have them cancel our appointments when we arrived, finding South Shore Dentistry & Implants was such a relief.

They were able to get both my son and me in very quickly. From the moment we walked in, everyone made us feel welcome. The ladies at the front desk were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. The entire staff was kind, patient, and made the visit stress-free.

They took the time to explain everything they were doing to my son, which helped him feel comfortable and at ease. The X-rays were quick and easy, and the entire appointment was efficient without ever feeling rushed.

Dr. Hanan Kaylai was wonderful. She listened to our concerns, answered all of our questions, and made sure we understood everything. It's clear that she genuinely cares about her patients.
